Description

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive messages related to order updates, appointment reminders, and (if you’ve opted in) occasional promotional content.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. Upon receiving STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us.

Rejoining instructions

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message frequency and charges

Carrier liability

T-Mobile compliance and fines

Beginning February 15, 2024, T-Mobile may impose fines for non-compliant A2P messaging traffic. Fines range from $500 to $2,000 per violation, depending on severity, and may result in immediate message blocking or permanent suspension from their network. Prohibited content includes phishing, smishing, illegal material, and messages related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco (SHAFT) without proper age-gating or legal compliance. Please ensure all SMS content is lawful, appropriate, and in line with carrier and industry standards to avoid penalties.
